2. Choose the level of plan that suits you.

For example, on the basic level of The Everyday Health Cash Plan, Scheme 100, you will pay £4.33 per month. This will entitle you to the basic level of cashback as detailed in the table below. Beside this, you can also find some other popular schemes. Take a look at the brochures for further options.

3. Apply online by clicking on the button below

For BCS employees, you can pay into the scheme by monthly direct debit. Just click the Apply online button and you will be taken through the form.

Please note that you will need the following information for your application:

• Your bank details
• The names and dates of birth of everyone to be included on your plan
• Any medical information requested concerning everyone included on your plan
• Please remember the scheme you have selected to join from the brochure’s above.

To apply for the Individual Scheme, please choose from Schemes V1-V7 in the drop down list.

To apply for the Everyday Health cash plan, please select from Schemes 2, 3, 4, 5, A, B, C, D or 100 from the drop down list.
